Plumbing Leak Between the Meter and the Building

Often we at SERVPRO of Waco restoration company find other, mostly small issues occurring with the structure/property the owners which haven't come to the owners' attention yet.

This was a wet spot in the yard, near the home, in an area the owner seldom goes.

We were cleaning windows following a fire when we discovered it.  We found the water meter location at the street for the owner and helped determine the meter was still showing water moving in the pies even though no water was running in the building.

If we discover items which are, or are about to become a problem for the customer, we always bring it to their attention, even if not directly related to the work we are doing for them.  Many of these the customer fixes themselves. 

We virtually never profit for passing on the information.  We just get into places most folks don't and if we see something, we say something.
