What to do with this mess?

Sometimes folks just have to drop and go from apartments, rentals and even homes. Our heat goes out to them. Often things are quite a mess by the that time and most everything is left behind.

Our hearts go out to them. In this case the folks were also very heavy smokers. The apartment owners turned to SERVPRO of Waco restoration company to help restore the apartment to fresh rental condition.

This required drywall repair, truckloads of debris removal, cleaning out (and disposing of) the refrigerator (yuck), disinfecting kitchen and bath surfaces, 2 coats of paint, cleaning & sealing the heating/air conditioning system and ozone treatment to pop the remaining smell at the end.

The apartment owner (and we) were very happy with the result.

On a side note, we do, and did, save, clean up and donate to charities items in good shape that can be useful to others. The Salvation Army in this instance.
