Pretty...but not pretty

No one around and a water supply hose broke loose.

Often pictures of the scenery reflecting off water are pretty.  Not so much when water is where it is not suppose to be.

SERVPRO of Waco, a restoration company, extracted the water and dried out the moisture throughout this Central Texas home. 

We were able to dry the structure without extensive demolition of materials.  We did remove all the trim and took some drying steps to the wall area where the trim had been.

Often, there is no need to "tear the place up" because water touched it, as some firms do.

The materials can almost all be dried successfully.

Drying the walls, etc., saves time, money and frustration.

There were come contents which needed to go.

Fortunately, the water barely made it to the cabinets, contrary to the appearance in the picture.
