Curses...the Japanese Bathroom Pipes Froze.
The bathroom in this "man cave" is elevated to accommodate the plumbing. The red wall is the bathroom wall.
Cold air got into the plumbing space during a freeze and one of the water supply pipes burst.
We opened the red wall at the bottom (right picture) to allow our drying equipment to get air under the floor. Due to the direction of the floor joists, this was our only interior access to the space from within the building.
Dang, this one had a Japanese toilet with a panel of controls. Normally, we try not to use the customers "facilities"...but this one had a panel of controls!
Unfortunately, it had no water.
