Challenging Mold Remediation with limited outside access

SERVPRO of Waco restoration company was the successful bidder to remove the mold and decay from this back room workshop in the Baylor University area.

The room had only an overhead door as an exterior exit and security was a high concern.  Normally, once under containment before mold remediation begins, the air from the containment is exhausted through significant filtration to the outside.

This job required some out of the box thinking to exhaust the air with in the building and to build a two sided, tall containment area.

SERVPRO of Waco overcame the obstacles.  The contamination was safely and properly removed and the mold clearance air sample passed testing.
