Wet Carpet, Trim & Walls - Sometimes It Has to Go!

Take It Out - Sometimes the customer just wants the carpet pad out for one reason or another.  Other times it just can't be saved.

Wet Walls - Sometimes it is necessary to remove some or all of the trim and use drying holes.

While it doesn't appear so from the photo, this water actually came from outside the house due to a landscaping issue where water ran to the building instead of running away from the building.

Insurance coverage can become an issue if water enters a building from outside flooding-"ground water".  Yes, even lawn sprinklers can cause water damage inside the house.
